Other Involvements: Although I am most active in PhiDE by far, I am in the Mental and Physical Health Comittee as well. Also, I am a Porter Scholar, and I do ecology research with Dr. Masters.
Hobbies: I enjoy skateboarding, video games, exploring nature, cooking, reading, and going to the movies. I also like sports. My favorites to play are soccer, ultimate frisbee, and ping pong but I like watching basketball and football. Interests: I am interested in sustainability, and anything science(especially biology/ecology). As far as entertainment goes, I like video games that are easy to pick up but hard to master. My favorite shows are Breaking Bad and Jujutsu Kaisen. Advice: Laziness is the mother of all bad habits but ultimately she's a mother and we should respect her. Get some sleep. |

Other Involvements: Outside of PhiDE, I’m the vice president of academics on Honors Student Council, the vice president of AMSA, and the director of social media for Future Healers of KY. I UTA and PAL for biology at UofL. Outside of school, I work as a special events EMT and as an elementary math teacher at the Russian School of Math!
Hobbies: I absolutely love anything relating to the arts, specifically acrylic painting and film photography. I also love doing unique and crafty makeup looks for going out. Interests: In terms of career, my main interest is aerospace medicine. Outside of that, I’m super interested in psychological and philosophical works and love to read anything related to that (psychological thrillers are my favorite genre). I also am a local coffee and restaurant enthusiast and want to try every place I can in Louisville! Advice: My biggest piece of advice is to be as authentic as you can and to remember that you are human, as well as the people around you. Be tolerant of mistakes and open to listening and a world of possibilities will be available for you! |

Other Involvements: I have worked as a medical scribe for over a year. I initially started off in the emergency department and then was switched to work with a Radiation oncologist. I also instruct dance camps to high school and college students all across the country as a part of the National dance alliance. (The louisville ladybirds also go to these camps to make them elligible to go to nationals!)
Hobbies: my hobbies include traveling both within the US and internationally. I love getting to experience different cultures and eat some cool foods. Hiking is another one of my hobbies, but only if there is a great view at the top. Interests: In terms of medicine, I am interested in either pediatrics or neurology. Outside of medicine, I enjoy watching anime, especially romance. I also like playing with my dog, Hubert. Advice: My advice to students is to follow good time management and take thorough notes and learn material in classes. |

Other Involvements: Aside from serving as VPR for PhiDE, I am a member of the GEMS (guaranteed entrance to medical school) program through the ULSOM, and the President of Trew Friends - an advocacy organization for organ, tissue, and eye donation. I am also a proud member of the Alpha Theta Chapter of the Sigma Kappa sorority and the tennis club on campus.
Hobbies: I love shopping (especially for shoes), spending time outdoors, traveling, bullet journaling, exercising, and spending time with family/friends. Interests: I love watching crime shows such as Criminal Minds and Law & Order: SVU and medical dramas like Grey's Anatomy (of course haha). I also love doing anything outside whether that be running, going to the lake/park, or simply walking around campus on a sunny day. Some of my favorite movies to rewatch are Disney animations with my friends or with my mom. Concerning medicine, I am super interested in surgery and trauma medicine! Advice: My best piece of advice comes from actor Jim Carrey: "Life opens up opportunities to you, and you either take them or you stay afraid of taking them." |

Other Involvements: Outside of PhiDE I am a Porter scholar, I participate in Porters in Medicine and I am a member of Tri Beta the Biological honors society. I also researched with Dr. Maurer in the biochemistry department for two semesters and UTA for the orgo labs.
Hobbies: I love doing makeup, singing, dancing, calligraphy, spirituality (yes crystals and tarot cards), exercising and just general crafty things. Interests: I would like to specialize as a Dermatologist in my career. Outside of medicine, I love true crime specifically Bailey Sarian videos. I love anime and studio Ghibli. My favorite show is probably the German show Dark and my favorite anime is Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (specifically part 4). I watch anime with my brothers every week and it’s a really good bonding activity for me. Advice: Remember that you alone have gotten you to where you are in the world and you can overcome whatever is in your way if you put your mind to it. |
